AP ART PORTFOLIO (2021-2022)
In this sustained investigation I am exploring the idea of portraying emotions more complex than the base emotions (anger, sad. etc..)
My artworks and labels per drawing show this by not all being completely straightforward and/or having more depth and being more specific in what emotion it is trying to show.
Each drawing was created with a tablet using an app called 'IBIS Paint X. '
Fear
In this drawing I drew a tall humanoid character that is based on a creature from my most vivid nightmare; I used it to express the emotion; "Fear"
When drawing this I was thinking of how I could show fear in a picture and one of my first ideas was to draw the monster from the earliest nightmare I could remember.
